Regional Operations Manager

Description:
Seeking experienced operations leader to join Eugene-based team who has a track record of leading successful field crews for small-to medium-sized service businesses in technology or communication. As a people-focused leader, this person is a strategic thinker and consensus builder. In this position you will oversee the regional operations and field crews of a communications company.

With a network coverage area of over 2,500 square miles, company is the leading provider for rural internet and phone services in the mid-valley region. Company has been in business for more than 23 years, but are a growing and seeking talented individuals.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including some in technical/communication services businesses
- Several years of experience supervising a team
- Strong expertise in project management and administrative responsibilities
- Strong entrepreneurial work ethic
- Passionate about people
- Life-long learner
- Analytical mindset, affinity to working with numbers
- Excellent software skills with MS Office

Organizational Development Skills
- Proven strategic thinker and implementer
- Strong understanding of small business strategy
- Successful track record of improving processes in office or administrative environments
- Experience with change management

Project Management Skills
- Experience guiding large, long-term projects
