Description:
Lead Semiconductor program that will embrace the full product life-cycle management of microelectronics/semiconductors inclusive of electronic design automation (EDA) tools through manufacturing execution. The concept of the digital twin revolves around having a real-time digital replica of a product, process or system which can be used for testing, diagnostics and analysis. Digital twins combine data with data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and simulation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and tactical technical roadmap for the Digital Twin for Semiconductor.
- Coordinate roadmap activities based on unique market/customer requirements and abilities of key partners.
- Manage relationship with key partners, including but not limited to contracted external companies
- Manage the Digital Twin for Semiconductor showcase
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Develop and manage budget and operating plan for the program.
- Write proposals to secure customer funded projects and government grants.
- Convey key milestones and dependencies across the organization
- Manage change - as changes to the roadmap are proposed, lead the impact analysis, considering short and long-term trade-offs, benefits and risks, then synthesize and communicate options to leadership to facilitate decision-making
- Manage deliverables and dependencies for the program
- Track key milestones and manage any schedule or scope risks, by building and creating solid mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery of committed deliverables
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Coordinate with internal staff in support of business development, marketing, and operational activity related to Digital Twin.
- Interprets policies and procedures to effectively manage Digital Twin for Semiconductor program.
- This position reports to COO
- Lead matrix teams including IT, engineering, and operations to advance programs goals and objectives. None initially. As staff is added, this position will provide direct oversight, mentoring and technical direction to the Digital Twin team.
- The position is responsible for planning and managing budgets for Digital Twin projects (customer or internally funded accounts). This position also has authority to participate in technical and cost negotiations and make recommendations to management on purchasing decisions and business decisions related to customer pricing and contracts.
- Frequent and extensive contact is made with numerous positions with customers and personnel across the full organization. Contact is also required with personnel at other agencies such as digital twin partners, vendors, and government agencies (state/local/federal). This position will also have frequent contact with vendors providing products or services related to digital twin activity.
- Position is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of intellectual property revealed during internal monitoring. Failure to maintain confidentiality could prove detrimental.

Requirement:
- Program Management Experience
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, either chip design or fab process
- Electronic Design Automation tools experience
- Experience developing and managing budget and operating plan
- Experience leading teams
- Masters degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial), computer science, information technology, or related field and minimum of ten (10) years of appropriate experience;

OR a Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial), computer science, information technology, or related field and minimum fifteen (15) years of appropriate experience.
