Description:
Seeking organized Project Manager with excellent computer skills. Looking for someone who has a background managing or installing HVAC equipment. Must have project management experience. If you have an outgoing personality, proven track record and excellent communication skills you are a potential member of our team. You should have an excellent work ethic and desire to be part of a fast growing company in the green energy sector.

Principle Responsibilities

- Provide supervision, leadership and coordination of all company's departmental efforts including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction and Service during project construction in a timely manner.
- Perform all functions required to promote and finalize sales including concept engineering, complete estimates, written proposals, review contracts and direct meetings.
- Supervise project activity from inception of sales to successful job completion.
- Prepare budget projection and control costs within agreed upon limits. Provide letters, proposals, memos, contracts, change orders, strategies, etc. for good business procedures and legal protection.
- Schedule and coordinate pre-construction job meetings with department heads and supervisors.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination inside of company's CRM Tool (NetSuite)
- Develop expertise of company's products
- Support Sales as required to explain construction and design process to clients

Requirement:
- 8 years’ experience as HVAC Installation Project Manager
- Experienced with PDF Editor (Bluebeam) – Desirable
- Experience with Design/Build – Desirable
- Experience with resource management
- Strong leadership skills, communications skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and organization skills
