Description:
Seeking Software Technical Support Representative for Database and Document Production Software.

In this position you will:
- Prepare law firms and their data for importing
- Import and set up new software accounts
- Assist Law Firm Members and their Staff with customizations to the software
- Train law firms via web cam and in person at conferences on this software
- Troubleshoot on the phone as a tech support person
- Work on future versions of the software

Requirement:
- Law Firm Experience (IT or Help Desk preferred...Maybe Paralegal)
- Familiarity with HotDocs a plus
- Excellent MS-Office Skills, especially Excel
- Understanding of Workflow design. Extra credit for ActionStep
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of computer programming language. Not necessarily a programmer, but can read and interpret code
- Experience with Video Editing software...Camtasia
- Well organized
- Ability to prioritize
- Works well in a fast paced, energetic environment
- Works well alone
- Fast learner, especially software
- Help desk experience
- MUST be high energy
- Willing to think outside the box
- Solutions oriented
- Detail oriented
