Description:
Seeking Sr. User Interface Developer to work on a cloud-based solution that provides benefit to healthcare providers and improves patient care and outcomes. Company is successful and rapidly growing.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Work with UX Architect and graphic designers on the overall product graphic vision that will make medical informatics easily digestible and usable by end-users
- Lay and execute front end detailed technical specifications, including development environments, version control processes, and HTML and javascript frameworks for end products, emphasizing modularity and flexible object-oriented programming to accommodate various backend data threads
- Collaborate with Project Manager/UX Architect, visual designers on execution from wireframe and prototype to final product
- Interface with back-end software engineers on parsing and displaying complex data, and participating in internal API design in anticipation of an ever-expanding library of data types requiring front end display/engagement
- Execute design methodologies that will support massively scaling to multiple simultaneous users, drawing inspiration from massive multiplayer online gaming user experiences and/or social media
- Steward quality of front end engineering team’s code base and development workflows, and leading by example with diligent work ethic

Requirement:
- At least 5 years work experience with demonstrable leadership in front end design and portfolio of extant functional apps/websites to review
- HTML/HTLM5/CSS proficiency
- Experience using one of the modern JS frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience in the use of APIs to build web applications
- Experience with NPM based tools for JavaScript such as Grunt
- Significant experience with the Javascript tool ecosystem using Node/npm based tools
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus
- Experience developing SPA (single page applications)
- Experience developing with RESTful APIs
- Comfortable using command line tools on Unix/Linux
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline from an accredited college/university
