Description:
- Provide customer application support for advanced ebeam inspection system in semiconductor fab.
-Field application support for advanced e-beam inspection system to resolve customer's wafer yield challenges. Help customers take full advantage of the advanced features. Support recipe setup, optimization, new application development, defect review, burn-mark and inspection report marking.
- Assist customer with defect classification analysis, failure modeling and defect source analysis.
- Provide technical support for Auto-Defect-Classification (ADC) software. Build, track and update knowledge tree to improve production cycle time.
- Provide training for customers on advanced software feature and application.
- Collaborate with internal R&D team to test advanced features based on customer's requests. Summarize best known method (BKM) report and introduce new features to customers.
- Work on new product evaluation to promote new equipment and application. Join customer joint development projects (JDP) to support customer's transition to a new technology node or ramp up a specific technology node.

Requirement:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science.
-Deep understanding of semiconductor process flow and integration. Experience of SEM/optical defect inspection, or CD-SEM system is preferred.
- Good characterization data analysis and presentation skills.
- Take full ownership and goal oriented.
- Team player. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
