Description:
Seeking candidates for Sr. Avionics Integration Engineer position to support customer's operations at Wright-Patterson AFB. This position has the potential for a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

General Summary Employee shall apply an understanding of DOD, AF, and common engineering/scientific principles, processes, and procedures to improve performance and sustainability of existing and future AF and joint service weapon systems. Employee will design, develop, fabricate, test and evaluate and produce weapons systems, subsystems and equipment for eventual fielding and deployment. The employee shall support the program office Airworthiness Certification Working Group (ACWG) by supporting, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive Modification Airworthiness Criteria Certification (MACC) compliance package and conducting an airworthiness risk assessment. The Contractor shall support the planning and execution of the Airworthiness Review Board Meeting in support of obtaining military flight releases/Military Type Certificates. The employee shall produce draft documentation as requested or necessitated by programmatic limits based on cost, schedule, and performance to support the airworthiness process.

Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Minimum of 15 years functional area experience - Avionics Integration
- US Citizenship required
- Must be able to pass a Special Agent Check (SAC) prior to hire date.
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
