Description:
Seeking Sr. System Development Engineer for product and technology improvement and to assist design teams from different departments to meet the requirement in system level field support. Will perform the following:
- Focus on the long standing issues from the field & MFG, find the root cause and provide the solution for improvement
- Evaluate and feedback the field request and customer request to design team
- Make SOP/checklist to support the field service engineer
- Help analyze the data from field and troubleshooting the field issue

Requirement:
- Masters with two years work experience or PhD in Electronics, or physics background
- Experience in semiconductor equipment preferred
- Able to understand electronic and mechanical design, interface with R&D engineers in a project intensive environment
- Must be hands-on & willing to learn new knowledge through hands on experience and project development
- Strong written communication skill in English
- Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus
- 20% travel capability to customer site
