Regional Account Manager

Description:
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue for each supplier partners within a defined geography. This position requires a high frequency of customer, supplier, and manufacturer rep contact with the goal of understanding the customer's business model, defining customer's needs, and developing a strategy that results in achieving stated sales objectives. The Regional Account Manager will Develop a Territory Strategy to Build, manage, and grow the Customer database.

Requirement:
The ideal candidate would have significant industry knowledge and well established customer/channel relationships in their defined territory.</br></br> Experience & Education: </br> - Multiple years of experience selling semiconductor/board level solutions and account management expertise..</br> - Experience selling into numerous vertical market segments. </br> - Strong experience building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals you can close. </br> - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals.</br> - Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience from business champion, technical teams, to lower level executives. </br> - Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from prospect, demo, and contract negotiation through close of initial deals and renewals.</br> - Communicate effectively both internally and externally.</br> - Strong computer skills, including Sales Management systems, online tools (WebEx), MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.</br> - BSEE Preferred.</br> - Travel required within defined territory (exact % TBD).</br></br> Knowledge of customers outside of defined territory is a plus. </br></br> Ability to assist in engaging new strategic suppliers highly valued.</br></br> To apply for this position please submit an MS Word doc of your resume and put in the subject "Job ID # 1824".
