Description:
Seeking candidates for a Software Engineer to support government sponsored project in Huntsville, Alabama. </br></br> Responsibilities: system modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink tools, design and develop software programs, analyze the software program needs of users and assist in troubleshooting. Candidate will also program modeling applications to run on HPCS (High Productivity Computing Systems) for batch processing. Candidate will design and develop software using basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs and operating systems. May advise hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software systems. Candidate may also perform or participate in software testing using TMap software testing methodology. May provide input for documentation of new or existing programs.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience. Education in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics desired. </br></br> - Minimum of 10 years related experience. </br> - Previous model design experience with MATLAB and Simulink required. </br> - Previous experience with batch processing/Monte Carlo runs. </br> - Previous modeling and simulation of missile and radar systems/knowledge of missile and radar theory required. </br> - Previous V&V (Verification and Validation) experience required. </br> - Must have Top Secret Security Clearance now and must be able to get TS/SCI (Special Compartmentalized Information.) Must be able to get TS/SCI. </br></br> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</br> Prior experience supporting the ITASE program highly desired.
