Program Manager

Description:
Seeking a highly-talented Program Manager to direct North American inspection (ILI) operations. The Program Manager will coordinate assigned field activities, supervise personnel, and interface with partners and contractors, client contacts, and internal departments. The Program Manager will direct operations in a manner that ensures all field activities are conducted safely, efficiently, in accordance with schedule requirements, and in a manner that maximizes customer satisfaction. Meeting this objective will require planning, foresight, attention-to-detail, and the ability to motivate and empower field service personnel, solve problems, and overcome obstacles to complete projects.

DUTIES:
* Organize and execute pipeline ILI service projects, including managing day-to-day operational elements and personnel
* Direct activities in a manner that meets budget and schedule requirements, and standards of safety and quality
* Generate and continually update project plans
* Oversee and/or perform job-specific logistics
* Interface with customer representatives, act as the lead during pre-job site visits and walk-downs, and present ongoing status updates and mid-job inspection reports
* Perform on-site safety assessments
* Ensure completion of project objectives, and customer acceptance
* Generate proposals to capture new business
* Capture and review T&M data, and approve customer invoices
* Support the development of specialized tooling, or modification of existing equipment
* Manage subcontractor activities
* Review and approve inspection deliverables
* Solicit, relay, and utilize customer feedback for the purposes of improving quality and scope of company products and services
* Protect organization's value by maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on technical details of company service offerings and tools
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Perform other activities as directed

Requirement:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a similar technical field of study
* Must have 5+ years of experience leading a team of direct-reports
* Must have a demonstrated history of project management skills, including planning and managing multiple tasks, the application of phase-structured project management approaches, and the successful completion of projects in a safe and environmentally-responsible manner
* Must have experience working with electrical and mechanical devices and tools
* Must have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, civil drawings, and electrical block and wiring diagrams
* Must have strong computer skills, including the ability to generate customer-presentable documents, using MS Office applications
* Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, partners, contractors, and other employees
* Must be discreet, energetic, self-starting, self-managed, highly ethical, and have impeccable attention to detail and time-management skills
* Must have a strong work ethic
* Must be a team player with personality traits and communication skills that enable him/her to work with all levels of staff, vendors, and customers

TRAVEL:
Travel Percentage: 25-45%, some of which will be international
