Description:
US-based branch company, an international leader in simulation modeling software for business applications and provider of consulting services, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing. Company designs, develops and markets a simulation modeling tool that combines system dynamics, discrete event and agent based modeling methods.

Job objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in North America. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for the customers.

Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability
- Promote and sell simulation modeling services in North American market
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone/internet calls and emails
- Organizeparticipate in phoneInternet conferences
- Gathering market and customer information
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all requests, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Create and conducts presentations and RFP responses
- Participate in managing consulting projects with NA clients (negotiations, kick-off meetings, iterations of functional spec and project deliverables)
- Participate in trade shows and conferences
- Market and organize company training
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Recruit, test, and hire staff based on criteria agreed upon by the management

Requirement:
- MUST HAVE SIMULATION MODELING SOFTWARE BACKGROUND
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Work experience in simulation-related area
- Presentation skills
- Good IT, budget and report writing skills
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Higher education
- Mobility and willingness to travel

Compensation package
Competitive compensation package, including base, commissions, and insurance. Base + Commission compensation expected to be 200K+. Base 50-60K and negotiable.
