Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze system problems
- Design and develop prototypes/solutions to solve traffic problems
- Help software development team to integrate solutions into company systems

Requirement:
- MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong in numerical analysis and at least two years of experience in numerical analysis software such as MatLab
- At least three years of experience in C, Java and scripting languages
- Experience with network programming and good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP
-Experience with Linux and Windows
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a team-based project environment, but also able to work independently
