Job Title: Sales Engineer/Field Applications Engineer

The leader in providing reliable computing solutions for the transportation, military and security markets is e seeking a person to play a dual role within the company, both as a dedicated sales engineer and a field applications engineer.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business. Prepare price quotations for terms of sale, delivery dates and service obligations for all types of customers, representatives and distributors. Manage customer support programs for strategic accounts to communicate priorities and balance available hardware and software development resources in order to maximize customer satisfaction.

From the FAE side, to help resolve technical barriers, secure design wins, develop a technical understanding of customers needs and effectively communicate these to the product departments. Develop and interpret product design and applications to customers' expectations, provide follow-up technical support pertinent to customers' needs.

Requirement:
Position requires a BSEE and 5+ years of actual hands-on field applications and sales in the industrial electronic products or related products market. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to support customers design, including schematic review, design debug using debugging tools is desired. Must have a familiarity with computer architecture and knowledge of circuit functions and vocabulary for efficient communications with customers. Knowledge of operating systems. Ability to develop and maintain high quality relationships with prospects and customers. Ability to travel by car, airplane and other public transportation, sometimes on short notice.
