A recently funded startup company building a software based product for residential meters, devices and appliances. Currently seeking qualified software engineers who thrive in this type of setting and are interested in contributing to the development of products from the ground up.

Requirement:
- Analyze customer/product requirements/specifications
- Lead design and plan implementation of the software solutions
- Lead the development of solutions for validation of the software products
- Develop and deliver on time software solutions in accordance with customer requirements/product specifications
- Demonstrate an ability to collaborate efficiently with team members, management and customer representatives
- Successful coordination and management of project plan, deliverables and timeline with all team members

Experience/Education Required
- Embedded applications development using C programming including low level device drivers and small operating systems
- Networking experience with IP protocol stacks on small embedded systems using the C programming language.
- Bachelor degree in either Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline, plus 8 years software development experience
- Very good understanding of hardware architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
