Inside Sales Rep

Description:
Successfull company with client base of over 400 organizations and 8,000 product users is seeking results-oriented individual with a strong background in selling Information Solutions. Successful candidate will have demonstrated a proven track record in inside sales as well as the ability to work closely with outside reps to assist with large deals as well as execute new account strategies.<br><br> Time will be spent prospecting and qualifying new business for yourself and the outside sales team. In addition, you will be coordinating with marketing on campaigns in order to achieve the most effective sales results for you and your team.<br> Responsibilities include:<br> - Achieve/exceed monthly sales quota <br> - Create cohesive team strategy with field sales representatives in developing leads and sales in a defined region<br> - Proactively identify targets and determine strategy for contact<br> - Discover/Uncover Customer needs<br> - Match Company products to Customer needs<br> - Communicate ROI to Customers<br> - Account Profiling <br> - Prospect Qualification<br> - Keeping up-to-date on ASP-software solutions <br><br> Company Offers:<br> - Competitive compensation-salary plus commission<br> - Full benefits; Health, Dental, Life, 401(k) matching<br> - Performance bonus<br> - Excellent work environment

Requirement:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive targets or quotas <br> - 2-4 years experience selling Information Solutions to large and mid-sized organizations<br> - Outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills <br> - Background in solution/consultative selling is helpful. <br> - Experience in prospecting and lead qualification<br> - Knowledge of GoldMine or other CRM/SFA tool.<br> - University or College degree
