High-Tech Professionals is a leader in technical recruiting with nearly 20 years providing recruiting and staffing services to companies such as Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft as well as small start-ups and mid-sized companies. We are seeking an Independent Inside Sales Rep to call on our past clients for new openings as well as develop new clients. This is an inside sales and telecommuting position where you will be working from your home office. Past sales experience is desired but not required. Must have excellent communication skills and high positive energy, strong desire to succeed. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirement:
- Inside and/or outside sales experience preferred but not required
- Energetic personality
- Previous cold calling experience desired but not required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to comfortably call on managers, directors and executive level personnel
- Must have excellent relationship building, organizational, and project management skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have a customer service orientation
- Based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
- An excellent work ethic
- Marketing background a plus
