Requirement:
Expert in ActionScript 3 classes (Flex 3 or Flash preferred), PHP5 OOP, Application Web Development experience.

A Plus:
- Experience developing media players that interface with webservices
- Adobe Media Server 3
- MVC frameworks (CakePHP, KohanaPHP, Zend)

The following would also be nice:
Ruby on Rails, dynamic interaction with websites, E-commerce, web site development for products and services, web content management.
