Entertainment company seeking an all-star developer to join its team. The position offers a great opportunity for ownership of various projects and roles in a fun, dynamic, and driven environment.

Requirement:
- Capability to assume complete responsibility for the continued development of a young, beta-version website, as well as provide technical support to company employees when needed.
- Strong command of CSS, LAMP development, HTML/XHTML, and Javascript
- Functional understanding of AJAX.
- Thorough skills in cross-browser compatibility strategies
- Ability to handle scalability issues quickly and effectively
- BS/MS in CS or equivalent.

The following is a plus:
- Previous start-up experience
- Previous project management experience in social media/ social networking/ Web 2.0
- Full-time commitment
- Flash, Actionscript, Flex experience
- Experience using frameworks such as CakePHP a plus
- Innovation, enthusiasm, and technical awesomeness
- Availability to start in May
