Description:
Technology company with significant brand leverage is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing, monitoring and coordinating regular projects. In this role, you will work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and finance teams to ensure a smooth and seamless release of projects. You will also be responsible for special projects, driving projects to completion and helping to document decisions and progress. The Project Manager will maintain pertinent knowledge regarding customer needs and perspectives. This position will need to ensure that cross-company approvals are obtained, and then manage the project. At the hub of activity for a project, the Project manager will guide cross-functional teams including Sales, engineering, marketing and finance through each step of development and beyond to the evolution of new and existing projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as the single point of contact that coordinates with sales, engineering, marketing, and finance to ensure that projects complete on-time and on-quality.
- Coordinating with product development organizations outside of company to ensure that milestones are being met and risks are either mitigated or communicated.
- Integrating with and helping further evolve project management processes to achieve the highest possible success rate in a fast-paced, highly charged environment.
- Performing initial task decomposition and resource assignment for owned projects.

Requirement:
- B.S. Computer Science or related degree
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience with a track record of on-time, on-quality delivery
- Extremely proficient with MS Office products
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tenacious focus on delivery

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Industry experience managing projects using the Agile methodology
- Strong working knowledge of web products and the anatomy of their change cycles.
- Pylons preferred, but Ruby on Rails or Python good
