- Design images for online campaigns, websites, blogs, new functions, and graphical UI features, such as banners, buttons, feature icons, ads promoting a site, etc.
- Research and provide photographs from photo library; update image library with a constant stream of new images

Requirement:
Requirements:
- Be within top 5% of designers and have a superior eye for design with the drive to create
- Posses a strong background in design and color theory
- Demonstrate an advanced skill set with and knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- A good working knowledge of XHTML and CSS is a must
- Experience working with Flash is also very beneficial
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Must be able to stay focused and multitask
- Experience working under Mac OS X

The following is a plus:
- Expertise with XHTML, DHTML, CSS2, JavaScript, or creating templates
- Expereince cutting up website designs into usable templates (utilizing CSS)
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization
- BA or BFA in Graphic Arts/Design from an accredited University
