To maintain client and candidate confidentiality. All client and candidate information will be disclosed with their full knowledge and approval.
To not withhold information from the client or the candidate information which could mislead or influence a decision.
To adhere to all legislative requirements relating to recruitment or employment practices. We will not discriminate in the acceptance or referral of candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, disability, or other protected characteristic.
To not recruit an employee from a company who is currently a client.
To ensure all candidates formally presented will have been interviewed and evaluated according to High-Tech Professionals Staffing practice standards as to their suitability for the client’s position.
To obtain objective professional references for all candidates after both parties have established mutual interest. We will respect the candidate’s confidentiality prior to an offer being extended and accepted. Reference results will be disclosed to the client.
To ensure that the terms and obligations of our Fee Agreement or other contractual agreements are fully understood by the client prior to commencing an assignment.
