Executive Recruiting by Technical Recruiters.
We recruit talent for your permanent positions and are the Executive Recruiters of choice
for many companies. No fee is paid unless we find someone you hire. Our specialization
is in Computer, Engineering, and Information Technology. This includes searches for
Executive level personnel, sales, marketing, project management and other professionals in
the high-tech field.
Contract Staffing.
We can bring in top-notch professionals for a
specific length of time or a specific project. By using our contract hire services,
you can lower your headcount while receiving greater flexibility. The contractor
is an employee of our contracting division, which frees you up from human resource
issues, federal and state taxation, worker's compensation, payroll, and unemployment
liabilities. All you have to do is pay an hourly rate for the time the contractor
actually works. You would not pay for sick days, lunches, vacations, holidays, etc.
Temp-to-direct.
You can use this option when you want to evaluate
a candidate's skill level, technical ability, and personality before you make a
direct ("permanent") hiring offer. You can also go this route when "open requisitions"
are not available, but a candidate is needed immediately to fill a gap.
1099 Conversions.
There may be situations where you need to convert
your "independent contractors" to legal W-2 employees of our contract hire division.
Many workers are incorrectly classified as independent contractors instead of
employees to avoid payroll taxes. By making these workers our employees you will
avoid prosecution by the IRS, state tax, unemployment, and worker's compensation

Payroll Services.
If you have found a candidate, but do not want
to add them to their payroll, we can put them on the payroll of our contracting
division risk-free while you evaluate your candidate's suitability as a permanent
hire. For a nominal cost we hire the candidate and provide full payroll services which
includes handling the taxes, insurance, benefits, payroll funding, payroll processing,
etc. You pay one simple invoice.

Retiree Re-Staffing.
Often you might like to keep the experience and
expertise of your retiring employees, but are prevented by rules regarding pension
and benefit plans from doing so. By making these retires the employees of our
contracting division, you can keep valuable, experienced workers on staff without
jeopardizing their retirement benefits. Again, go to our

Internships/Summer Employees.
You can also run your internships
and student workers through our contracting division. This way you avoid all of
the payroll and human resources headaches associated with hiring lots of workers
